1.Stellantis manager behaves like a slave, no respect, use Very toxic word. 2.daily have to work more than 10 hours. 3.no support from manager & colleague but expect result. 4. The most sad thing no guideline & procedure to do a work. 5. A highly discrimination between stellantis & non stellantis employee. 6. No Job security. 7. HerThe average retention of an employee is 1.5-2 years. 8.In the interview it self no transparency. While I asked to them what is the job security they were no clarified & simply diverted to this 3rd party agency & lated The 3rd party agency super lied & said if any thing happens they will put in different project( That 3rd part agency name Quess corp) the worst ever agency. 9. in the interview they said food will be given but actually not given.
