The work ethics are good. You are given the independence to make decisions on the best way to carryout a given task. There is good team work and management is supportive in providing not only resources for the Job but also the health and safety issues that pertain to that job. The wages are average. However management is not transparent in as far as both appointment and promotions are concerned.

Dislikes

Unfair appointments. Also consider the welfare of staff especially in terms of transport to and from work. I wish they could consider the general workers for their oil and gas division as they do with the civil engineering department.

Work Details

I enjoyed the project very much because I am proud of the volume and quality of work I did. For me as an artisan, work can be satisfying when I see the results of my input. I am happy I discovered my potential to do much more than before.
