Favouritism and personal bais and politics leads to growth not work no matter how hard you work, company policy for some one who has strong backing will be different then for those who are just doing there honest work. People will get movement within days if there have strong reference and other will be told to wait till 1.6 month as per company policy and after completing the time period they will say that project requirement is there cant move you and this will go on and that when people have no choice other then to leave the company with frustration. Have witnessed many such cases but no improvement thus far on contrary situations has worsen....Read More

Nothing much to learn from the projects, Learning gets hampered. People start forgetting their previous technical work/knowledge due to access restrictions. Poor management.
