There is nothing to like in this company because the higher management specialy in bihar doesn't have idea to work on projects. On joining they will told you that you have to work in one block or one district but after joining they will involve you in 4-5 block and further in 2-3 district . They will not give you proper TA as well only 2000 . And there is no DA . Plz don't join if u want to be have growth in your life. ALWAYS higher authority will keep in you in threat to fire from the job . And ur job will on contract basis . If you can butter ur Authority then they will renew your contract otherwise they not even your performance is best....Read More
