ICICI foundation for Inclusive growth run under CSR Project, foundation providing Skills development & capacity building programmes to unskilled to skilled an unemployed youths and other beneficiaries. Ultimate aim of the foundation is to self reliant. My experience in ICICI Foundation is excellent.🙂

Dislikes

No rest except sunday, most of time i had to work over night, but i enjoyed every moments in this Organization because of time constraint Organization thought me how time is precious in private sector.😊

The good part is that, salary gets credited on time. Good peers no competition .

Dislikes

The bad part is that, the management do not have any clarity and there is no proper road map for any thing. Also works are very much unstructured and unclear maximum of the time. Not much learning

Work policy: There is no fixed days or work hour in a wee for that cause its field based work so fewdays we have to go to the fields or sites and other days work from home but we have stay in our base location

Climate change is real and we are working on carbon neutral project which is very impressive, we were provided free installations of solar systems to schools, we planted so many trees, we are working on river restoration, rural livelihoods, skill development, financial literacy, sustainable agriculture, women empowerment and so many, icici foundation believe in inclusive growth.

I love to be part of icici foundation but sometimes I feel my salary should be increased according to the location of the posting,
