Nothing to like as they are owner driven company and they dont follow any rules and regulations of govt.

they don't have PF, Medical Insurance salary was never on time or fixed date. They dont have any specific designation for any one, if you have good relation with owners you can be VP or global group president without any knowledge.

Management is not professional specially Group president of company. He only goes behind his own benefits, neither listen to any Sales Manager nor interested for any kind of feedback. Nothing that good expect nothing from management they can say you to leave anytime without prior notice

Dislikes

Nothing balanced, no future, no hierarchy, no job security can ask you to leave any time without notice, compensation and reimbursement of tour expenses, and incentives taking is a headache
