You will meet may be the best and the worst people at this place. The company culture is so casual, yes but coming on time is the only thing which has to be followed strictly. Good company for the people who has their god father. Very biased heads. Yet I manage to found some good people.

Dislikes

no job security no career growth, no appraisal, high level of politics. No one will ask you if you do not indulge in their poltics. NO VALUE OF EMPLOYEES. Left this organisation on right time. Hope rest of my friends who are stuck their wil find a way soon.

All employers are very supportive just like a family member, and environment is good They provide salary on time. Less work pressure.

Dislikes

Learning skills is less, and i think this is not comfortable for Freshers.

During 9 months of my journey i enjoyed and learned a lot of things from here. (Convencing, Negotiate, Mailing, Coordinate with team etc.)

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?

The job is quite interesting and i struggled a bit in the begining as there was no formal trning session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Nothing to like as they are owner driven company and they dont follow any rules and regulations of govt.

Dislikes

they don't have PF, Medical Insurance salary was never on time or fixed date. They dont have any specific designation for any one, if you have good relation with owners you can be VP or global group president without any knowledge.
