Likes

You get to handle projects on small to medium scale projects. Girish Sir, plant manager there, is really helpful as well. Basically, you get to experience the work of a large co-op on a smaller scale.

Too long hours for not nearly the salary given.

Work Details

Work was exciting initially, until it became a bit repetitive. As a production engineer, I was tasked with ensuring production was met timely, in addition to generating BOM, checking up on stock and explaining drawing requirements to workers (helpers).

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
