Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?

There is also good job security as long as you work well and maintain a good work ethic. While career growth is dependent on a lot, working at Steel Structures Ltd provides the advantage of being a reputable company with exposure to good networks.

Dislikes

Work life balance, work ethics and magnitude of teamwork is wanting.

It can be exciting but tiring all the same. At times we work too hard at it is possible to be frustrated because of someone else's poor performance but good days are actually good.
