Culture , unplanned work , unplanned load distribution, internal partiality (south side people are preferred ) , internal monopoly of work and new learning’s , ignorance to your pint of view and ideas , only to do what is asked n to follow blindly without asking, no knowledge sharing , monopoly mentality like if everybody starts learning then concerned value will be decreased . If you want to think n do something different then will be scolded. No proper planning of any APQP ACTIVITY , everything’s become urgent at a point of stage , no internal bonding and brainstorming in between departments. Every one here react be like Einstein and attitude like Virat Kohli . Full politics and very biased culture. MD has no involvement and a blind eye on one person who's absolutely number driven and zero quality conscious. Result quality continuously downgrading and customer complaints are least bothered by higher mgm. No one talks about them. Pathetic culture and worst lead and practices

Almost everything. Especially their aversion on quality consciousness that's continually deteriorating as anyone can see with increasing customer complaints

Everything about SSWL cannot be defined in words. Only thing that can be done is to warn every single job aspirant out there that "if you have any skills, they would spoil it, if you have agression for work, they would blow it away overtime, and if you have confidence upon yourself, then they would break it" Nothing but a real life KGF, has money but they will make you a slave, not an employee.

1) HR policies not good they hold your salary of notice period (3 months) and pay during fnf however after begging they release salary 2) Salary disparity 3) If you have experience of +5 years do not settle for less than 15 lacs as the work load is huge 4) Long working hours 5) R&d and marketing are on different tangent which leads to delay in projects 6) R&d and plant team are highly unaware and ready to adapt about quality requirement for export which leads to claims 7) Most of the time of BD goes in handling the supply chain and resolving quality claims 8) Back office team needs to pull up socks and take responsibility for supply chain 9) Majority of business is Aftermarket so cat and mouse game each month 10) Team is focusing on Export OEMs but plant team not capable of it as they have chalta he attitude 11) Project Management team is always on toss they do not have enough support...Read More
