Likes

Steel Nation use to be a great place to work. Then the new management team took over. Cut commissions and restructured bonus program. "Potential" salary, commissions and bonus was a bunch of lies. That's why a full department resigned to start their own thing.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

Promised monies never materialized. Management salaries are too large to have continued the way the company started. Too much greed with upper management is the problem. Principle owner does not hesitate to berate and be little employees while in company meetings. Very unprofessional and needs improvement. (he does not care though)

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
