I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Average work environment and there is no extra things in office rather than work and schedule. Since we have started working here there are no team outings or anything . We are just given work from home and assigned with work and schedule and there are no other befits than salary. We don't even have insurance ,which is common need to s employee.
