I have been working at Steadfast for 6 months and I can honestly say it is one of the best decisions I have ever made. The work culture here is incredibly supportive and encourages personal growth. The Director - Mr Aman Puri is approachable and values employees feedback which creates an environment where everyone is heard. There are plenty of opportunities to grow and learn and develop your skills. Additionally, the work life balance is commendable. Flexible working hours and remote work options allow me to manage my personal and professional commitments effectively. As per the other reviews, yes there are strict protocols to follow, but if we take it in a positive way it is in the interest of each employee to avoid politics and conflicts. The most enjoyable part of the day is coming into work. Great place to work and lucky to be associated with Steadfast MediShield. Great Management where they trust their employees and give free hand to them which motivates them to express their ideas & work freely. All employees are very co-operative and work culture is also very good in the company. Management is very concerned about their employees and has given good benefits to them.
