A lot of politics goes on in the office. Gujarati people are given a upper hand and there is a lot of discrimination. Top management has absolutely no spine in decision making and they do not appreciate work of the employees. They do a couple of activities like monthly birthdays and some festival celebrations but that's just a part of their PR thing.

The company started with a good vision but with wrong leadership its losing it direction and focus.

1. The company works on a single language - Gujarati, it is conveniently assumed you know the language and entire conversation in office is done speaking this language. 2. The company claims its a start up with open door policy and first name basis but the culture of Sir/Madam consists just like how it use to in British Era. 3. The company has few home grown leaders, regretfully they are no experience in hospitality and with zero people management skills and communication skills. 4. People with over 10-15 years of work experience are asked to report to above leaders who have way less experience. 5. Employee engagement is nil, no empathy towards employees. 6. Many grey areas in the company - 6 day working, different rules for people who have easy access to founders and non transparent ways of working. 7. World is moving rapidly towards hybrid working and 4 day working, so the company should start trusting employees rather than treating them like kinder garden children. 8. The company has an inner circle of family members, friends or investors who claim to know more about travel/hospitality than people who have worked hard in this domain. 9. The processes are changed every week without any feedback from employees. 10. They have a good product but because of misdirection and lack of focus on customer experience/delight and employee engagement has now let their competition catch up quite significantly....Read More

Deceiving people. Will hire you at a less salary saying you will get incentives. They will purposely set such unrealistic targets that you will not be able to achieve. And even if you do, you are not recognised until you are connected in some way to the upper management. Plus, even after working hard, you will get peanuts as increment. Positions are as usual for their close ones. No point in wasting time in slogging here since you wont get anything out of it! They dont even know a difference between sales and revenue management. All illiterate and 0 knowledge people are heading as managers who just know how to act over-smart and boss around. It's been only 2 months but in that 2 months i have seen how they actually behave. No manners while talking and whoever wants to leave from here they retain them and increase there salary and designation no matter how they perform. People who are working here from 2-3 years are at executive level itself. No Appreciation, No Promotion. Lot of work with less incentives and all team leaders have bad attitude towards there team. They have there gujrati community and to them only give the opportunities. The work and the atmosphere of the office is impacting on the mental health and here no one is happy at all. I joined the company with good hope, but did not turned like i wish. 1. Company does not value staff. They will make you work hard but in return you get performance warning later. 2. Even if your stats are in good scales, on one appraise, there is not proper hierarchy, no procedures to follow. 3. Politics: if you dont have good bondwith seniors your job is on stake.
