Deceiving people. Will hire you at a less salary saying you will get incentives. They will purposely set such unrealistic targets that you will not be able to achieve. And even if you do, you are not recognised until you are connected in some way to the upper management. Plus, even after working hard, you will get peanuts as increment. Positions are as usual for their close ones. No point in wasting time in slogging here since you wont get anything out of it! They dont even know a difference between sales and revenue management. All illiterate and 0 knowledge people are heading as managers who just know how to act over-smart and boss around. No manners while talking and whoever wants to leave from here they retain them and increase there salary and designation no matter how they perform. People who are working here from 2-3 years are at executive level itself. No Appreciation, No Promotion. Lot of work with less incentives and all team leaders have bad attitude towards there team. They have there gujrati community and to them only give the opportunities. The work and the atmosphere of the office is impacting on the mental health and here no one is happy at all.
