Deceiving people. Will hire you at a less salary saying you will get incentives. They will purposely set such unrealistic targets that you will not be able to achieve. And even if you do, you are not recognised until you are connected in some way to the upper management. Plus, even after working hard, you will get peanuts as increment. Positions are as usual for their close ones. No point in wasting time in slogging here since you wont get anything out of it! They dont even know a difference between sales and revenue management. All illiterate and 0 knowledge people are heading as managers who just know how to act over-smart and boss around.
