Cofounders take all decisions and rest HR and Directors just execute all orders Lot of unprofessional tactics followed Pl dont join this company - its a horrible experience no body works and who works is finally put on PIP and terminated

The company started with a good vision but with wrong leadership its losing it direction and focus.

Dislikes

1. The company works on a single language - Gujarati, it is conveniently assumed you know the language and entire conversation in office is done speaking this language. 2. The company claims its a start up with open door policy and first name basis but the culture of Sir/Madam consists just like how it use to in British Era. 3. The company has few home grown leaders, regretfully they are no experience in hospitality and with zero people management skills and communication skills. 4. People with over 10-15 years of work experience are asked to report to above leaders who have way less experience. 5. Employee engagement is nil, no empathy towards employees. 6. Many grey areas in the company - 6 day working, different rules for people who have easy access to founders and non transparent ways of working. 7. World is moving rapidly towards hybrid working and 4 day working, so the company should start trusting employees rather than treating them like kinder garden children. 8. The company has an inner circle of family members, friends or investors who claim to know more about travel/hospitality than people who have worked hard in this domain. 9. The processes are changed every week without any feedback from employees. 10. They have a good product but because of misdirection and lack of focus on customer experience/delight and employee engagement has now let their competition catch up quite significantly....Read More
