The only thing good about working with staubli is that they provide free lunch and 5 working days a week.

Dislikes

Too much office politics. Too much hierarchy. No scope for improvements. The new MD and the Division Director of ECS team are racist towards the employees outside Karnataka. No flexibility of work. Even if you are taking an extra day work from home with Manager approval it will be considered as a Loss Of Pay. Because the managers have no authority whatsoever. At the end it all comes down to the MD. After his appointment a total of 20+ out of 60 employees have resigned in a span of two years....Read More

Disappointing Interview Experience with D.E. Shaw

I recently interviewed with D.E. Shaw, and it turned out to be one of the most draining experiences I’ve had. The interviewer’s approach felt unnecessarily harsh and dismissive, which made the entire process uncomfortable. At multiple points, the interviewer asked me to drop off the call, even when I tried asking basic questions about the designation, job description, and other details. After the interview, I found myself sitting there for a few minutes, trying to process what just happened. It left me questioning the overall tone and professionalism of the interview. Definitely not the experience I was expecting from such a well-known firm.
