There is nothing to like about this company. No positives or good things. Everything is negative, biased, unprofessional and toxic.

Work culture, Toxic work environment, Unprofessional manager, Loose comments by manager, Favouritism, No value and appreciation for hard work, Only butter polish, Open threats by manager, Management and Leadership is not concerned about anything. They just enjoy the show and give power to managers. Even after you leave the job, the manager and other persons will talk bad about you and put all the blame on you. Never join this company specially Finance department.

New Management sucks and least bothered for retaining existing employees. All regional managers only think about their development and focus on how to take benefit of subordinate efforts in the field. Zero support from managers and higher management. I don’t recommend this company for anyone and they should focus on other opportunities and also take market feedback before joining whichever company.

Too much micromanagement doesnt feel like MNC, complete overhaul in work culture compared to earlier, no health competition, only sugary words no actions, terminate employs as they wish poor hiring process, forget about being employee friendly. zero understanding on sales processes, toxic environment to even be. Poor management the top guys take advantage of money and crush others. Please do not join this company and spoil your career
