Starting salary is good. Project and tech stacks are good only if you get good client to work.

Yearly Hike is very poor even after performing very well. Management is very poor. Very difficult to connect to HR or any other management person for any query, neither they receive the call nor reply back on text or call. Your efforts, dedication and client feedbacks are not considered at all. They have few projects, incase you get release from current project you may be fired also.

The company is committed to continuous learning , with AIM Sessions held 2-3 times each month and quarterly certification drives for upskilling. I truly appreciated the growth opportunities here. I regret leaving , but I had to step away due to personal reasons.
