Hire and fire in the name of non performance No support from old staff Management works in home style Hire staffs with good salary uses their experience and forcibly expels them

Management appoints candidate and uses their experience for couple of months expects that they should start delivering results on day one, without they themselves knowing what they want. They don't want to understand the issues for delay such as non cooperation from staffs and no proper data available to work on. No automation all manual work. There is no background informed on the subject matter. Staffs are fully non cooperative Management & Statutory Auditor harrasses candidate on petty things. Management & heads expects daily reporting. My Suggestion think before you join. Don't fall prey to offer it will cost your career when you loose your job in couple of months....Read More

The company plays with there own dynamic rules. Changes as per there mood. No concern for employees, no pf and bonus for 1st year, lot of partiality and politics. Non-professional non-standard policies. Put hell lot of pressure, intentional intervention & harrassment by management, you get scolded on case which are not at all linked to you. They wont allow you to grow in the area in which u are specialized. Total dynamic profile allocation.
