The company plays with there own dynamic rules. Changes as per there mood. No concern for employees, no pf and bonus for 1st year, lot of partiality and politics. Non-professional non-standard policies. Put hell lot of pressure, intentional intervention & harrassment by management, you get scolded on case which are not at all linked to you. They wont allow you to grow in the area in which u are specialized. Total dynamic profile allocation. A Pre-independence era policy like Britishers on Indians, Total Loot of employees in terms of Salary deductions, Bonus, Travel Conveyance....Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same.
