No Over time allowance, no bonus, no incentives, Cab service will be charged for male employees. Tuff company policies. Completely it is employee unfriendly company. Even they will take back relocation expenses back when you resign your job.

Management is the first one to blame as they are keen on results and don’t bother about people health and timings. Tamil domination across teams and partiality is at its peak. A worth less candidate is always a hero and a worthy one is zero. Hikes policy is always pathetic here as management will fight for work but not for people well Being. Management is very particular about login timing but when it comes to logout they simply ask people to work for 4 more hours to finish work, even more some times and next day login should be panctual again. T<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">ransport is biased as men have to pay for cab and for ladies it’s free. </mark> I don’t know whether scarp is chosen by HR or scrap have itself selected this company but company should change many aspects to sustain for long time.
