Totally worst I have experienced in my career. I have lost my life by spending 8 and more years in the HCL organisation. There were nothing to like apart from my position since then which I got from my hardwork and efficiency.

Dislikes

Improper management and providing false commitment to employees. My whole life get screwed by spending my working career over here in last 8 years. Management didn't considered about my demand and needs. They are having separate set of people to rule with their bad ideas with power. It's totally ruined my entire life and family.

I've given 5 star for job security, that itself is the drawback of this company, simply because there r few losers who couldn't find job elsewhere gets stuck in this company and will eventually becomes managers. These good for nothing managers will make your life miserable 4/5 managers are like that. Even if you mind your own business they won't let you be that kind of work environment was been experienced by myself. Only good thing is that I got a bunch of good teammates. They won't pay you ot, no incentive and is finding a way to cut down night shift allowance. The head of sshcl Mr. Sw**y who is a real crook who is behind this. They hold my teammates Rs. 25,000/- for no reason. Worst work culture ever. All the very best moving in. You have to deal with a lot of scumbag inside. No room for growth, that being said even if you managed to get promoted you will only get a hike of 4% to 8%. I am working with HCL from last 8 months but here no one care for employees. Very Bad experience in this company culture and HR not cooperating for query. I have raised issue for my UAN change but from HR it is not changed resulting PF not credited in my account. Shift allowance also they are not giving every month 😞 Incentive also not giving to employees for additional activities.

Pathetic work culture, Management and staff don't have office manners. breaking compliance policies is common. talent acquisition team is not hiring good candidates. they hire the staff by taking interview in reginal language and hire the candidate if the candidate is not able to speak in English. there IT and Transport team support is too worse. A happy to be part of state street HCL service. There will be good scope for those who starting their career here as fresher. Yep, promotions and appraisal all well defined for those who started career thre. It's actually well encouragable.

Dislikes

For those who coming as lateral,there is no scope for them. They can learn other than it's quite difficult to survive.

Treat employees as tissue paper. Use & throw policy. Salary appraisal for 2022 cancelled by organisation. False commitments are given while hiring to onboard people & then trap them in vicious policies. Employee dissatisfaction is too high & people are leaving left right & center.
