I like to work with my teammates. There are lot of appurtunities to improve your skills by attending trainings, seminars etc. State Bank is one of few who provides a very secure JOB. Devotion and performance leeds your career to its extreme. Salary other benefits are very attractive as compared to others in prevailling Market. An employ has many appurtunities to travel in and out of country during his Job. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
