Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! The work environment was not too good but there is job security and a decent career growth.salary and compensation was very average when compared to other Govt jobs.

Dislikes

Work pressure was high. Too much stress on Cross Selling business and sourcing of Loan Proposals as our Mumbai Region was not performing well in comparison to other regions of the bank.
