...vironment was not too good but there is job security and a decent career growth.salary and compensation was very average when compared to other Govt jobs.

Work pressure was high. Too much stress on Cross Selling business and sourcing of Loan Proposals as our Mumbai Region was not performing well in comparison to other regions of the bank.
