I Have worked with couple of companies in my overall career but a start up company is for first time for me. But, surprising factor for me is it doesn't makes me feel it is a start up. To maintain proper personal relationship and helping each other to grow in all the factors is the main vision of STARZ. it didn't make me feel that these are my initial days working with this company, it feels like we are working since years. The bond, understanding and work relationship is very firm and shuttle. the best part about the company and the employees here is they are just not dedicated for only their designated job role but doesn't hesitate to work for or with anyone anyway. Cause the vision is team work. Founder and MD Mr. Raj is an humble man and makes us understand everything been very calm and respectfully goes through all our doubts and gives the best out of way guidance. coming on Ambika, HR. very understanding, flexible with work, sincere and highly dedicated. Siddham, Senior most into sales, STAR of STARZ works very passionately and takes the job very seriously and professionally. i would suggest to learn couple of things from him anytime, Ashish he, is very supportive and takes whole IT Responsibility with Prasenjit and always does their best for company STARZ has its in house team for every department works very sincerely and gives you a home environment.
