Thank you for your review. Considering your concerns regarding micromanagement and politics, our managers work directly with each employee to encourage and mentor them. Regarding appreciation, with a few prizes and performance-based evaluations, we continuously show our appreciation for our employees and their work. As much as we constantly value dedicated employees, we never appreciate company politics.

Collaboration with remote workers can be challenging at times in a hybrid workplace environment where there is a lack of communication and teamwork.
