Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI

My experience at star electricals was largely positive. The company's emphasis on work-life balance and professional development were significant advantages. However, there is room for improvement in terms of career advancement opportunities and salary competitiveness. I would recommended star electricals to individuals looking for a supportive work environment and a good work-life balance.

Dislikes

While there were opportunities for professional development, I found that career advancement was somewhat slow. It would be beneficial if the company had a clearer career path for employees. While the compensation was reasonable, it wasn't as competitive as some other companies in the industry. A review of the salary structure might be beneficial to attract and retain top talent.

Star electricals works is a govt work undertaking company I have to travel to district I had a team of 10 member we have to stay and do the work
