Likes

Starcement used to be the big dog in cement manufacturing business and had a monopoly in North East as local manufacturer for 10 years since inception. Due to bad management and intrusive culture , other companies got advantage like Dalmiya, Surya gold , etc. Work culture is very narrow minded as the company is not process orientated and hierarchy of decisions keeps on fluctuating. Down the line people who works can forget about promotions n appreciations. Regarding salary and compensation depends on the negotiations upfront as salaries are on time....Read More

Work Details

As far my experience is average as the work is very hectic due to fluctuating decisions at the last moment. No constructive new learning and average software being used like excell n mail.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
