Unethical pressure to get sale Pressurise to work on Sunday also in case not achieving assigned target Start con call at 8 am every morning which is most irritating.

I got the job when I was in need. No non-sense management. Deliver and get rewarded. If you can't make yourself visible, nobody will look at you.

Dislikes

HR policies, Appraisal system, So many stakeholders for decision making which delays improvement projects.
