Teammate is very frankly, No such type of Training will be entertain,job security is average, career growth only after 3 years of performance, Salary Appraiasal max to max 10 percent, Tremendous Travel which I like too much, No Extra cariculam but learning so many things as am looking after Project Sales, Work environment is good incompare to other cement companies, Tremendous Pressure which I like too much as I am in looking after sales and marketing. etc...Read More
