Mental Harassment & ragging type Working environment which is generally done by the CFO ( Manoj Agarwal) & CS ( Debabrata Thakurta) of Company. No pure legal works only Recovery at Corporate Office Kolkata. If there is no recovery they will thrash you in front of everyone. Please don't join in this Company as the working culture is very poor & ragging type, life will be ruined. There is nothing like legal department everything is governed by Finance & Accounts department. Reporting boss will be CS ( Debabrata Thakurta) who will be in the name of only reporting boss and doesn't take any kind of responsibility except blaming on legal employee & very cunning person. Quality Control department of Lumshnong, MEGHALAYA plant is full of bihaari lobby . The HOD named YUGAL K SINGH has a few domesticated & bootlickin managers(bihaari) who will ruin your career & not let you gain any advance knowledge. They think this company is their fathers property and set their own rule of duty timings. Pathetic and disgusting staff to work with.
