No career growth, no promotion. One must need to work 6/7 years to get a promotion. HR part is very inactive, there role is almost nil towards employees except providing salary. Only work no refreshment activities. At some point of time frustration gets build up. Work days Monday to Saturday (Saturdays are half day), timing- 9:30am to 6:30pm, Saturday till 2:30pm

I was appointed there as Assistant-Non trade accounts and given the lowest grade that's SG 3 even after having 3 years of previous experience in accounts.I was neither alloted proper accounts job/responsibility nor given appropriate salary.
