Payment structure is good and made on timely in every month. Teammates are supportive.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Working hours. During quarter and I need to mention in the financial year end(Mar,Apr,May)You need to work almost 11-12hrs per day. But yes some financial benefits are there

Work-life balance - Poor

Work Details

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
