We all might have heard in some point of our career that some CAs, Management personal and Engineers are working as labours in some companies in Middle East.Well for practically visualising this scenario you don't need to go to Middle East you can see it itself here in Star Cement. You may be hired but they don't provide you work related to your profile. In this company Manpower handling is the biggest issue and the Top Management is terrible.
