We all might have heard in some point of our career that some CAs, Management personal and Engineers are working as labours in some companies in Middle East.Well for practically visualising this scenario you don't need to go to Middle East you can see it itself here in Star Cement. You may be hired but they don't provide you work related to your profile. In this company Manpower handling is the biggest issue and the Top Management is terrible. Quality Control department of Lumshnong, MEGHALAYA plant is full of bihaari lobby . The HOD named YUGAL K SINGH has a few domesticated & bootlickin managers(bihaari) who will ruin your career & not let you gain any advance knowledge. They think this company is their fathers property and set their own rule of duty timings. Pathetic and disgusting staff to work with. Also they prefer to select candidates from BIHAR so that they can use them to wash their home utensils & clothes 🤣....Read More
