Teammates are supportive but management is not transparent. There is no cafeteria and entertainment zone to get chill.food served is of poor quality.

Dislikes

Career growth is slow. Hod uses offensive language.notice period is of 90days.

Likes

Good company to start your career with. Helping and understanding staff. Overall nice working culture.

Dislikes

As it was grinding unit there was little opportunity for career upliftment. There was certain delay in promoting the staff.

Work Details

As a trainee it give full opportunity for learning and exploring the possibility. Management has done a lot for skill development for all employees.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
