“Terrible Experience – No Job Security and Toxic Culture” Working at stanza living has been one of the worst experiences of my career. Despite initially seeming like a good opportunity, the reality is far from it. Job security is non-existent here; employees are constantly worried about layoffs and sudden terminations without any warning or fair reasoning. Full of partiality, full of cheating full of game of thrones, I was working in bellandur micromarket as a sales associate my reporting manager was smithing Joseph at first he was nice and supportive to me despite that I have given him almost more than 80 bookings per month my Target was 60I overachieved my target but first time I heard this from any organisation that some cluster manager was jealous just because his new joine associate was doing great other than his personal choosen people who was working for him personally hired by him by the reference he knowingly giving us the worst property to sold just to get down our numbers to justify their own people salary his name is mr Smithin joseph cluster manager of bellandur....Read More

I worked with tech and product - so the vibe and the team are definitely good. People have strong pedigree and generally all are super smart and from elite pedigree - so obviously it is challenging work and rewarding. I did learn great things and work-wise - I enjoyed whatever I have done and probably even learned some stuff.

Worst management that I have ever worked with. They are smart people but completely lack empathy and respect for people. I had the most toxic manager that I ever worked with (his name is Gaurav Agarwal and currently he is AVP at Spinny - unfortunately such people do get promoted and that is a reality of this world) and his behaviour was encouraged by the overall team. Everyone had that typical ego and dilliwala NCR-ish brash culture that is super off-putting and very vomit inducing. They are solving a good problem and the founders are well connected to raise massive funding - so this could've been a great company but alas they're lost in their own delusions of grandeur....Read More

Initially when I joined Stanza living it was in good hands the management on the ground was good and supported us with everything for 2 years. Later on the company started to make changes because people started asking appraisals and promotions. At this point the management showed their true colour and left us hanging by just saying that we will get appraisal and promotion letter very soon, that soon was after 1 year. The most important part is even after u get the appraisal u don't get the money they pay u on EMI basis so that they can hold u for 1 more year or 6 months...Read More
