“One challenges I have noticed while working at stanza living is the fast paced nature of the work, which can sometimes make it difficult to maintain a work-life balance. However, I can understand that this is often the case in a growing and dynamic company. I have been working with the organisation in Hyderabad for last 2+ years . Senior leadership of Hyderabad is very support and give us ample opportunity to learn and grow professionally. All managers (across level) are internally promoted in Hyderabad and backed performance oriented culture. Zero tolerance on non compliance of business ethics or deviation on company policies.

I worked with tech and product - so the vibe and the team are definitely good. People have strong pedigree and generally all are super smart and from elite pedigree - so obviously it is challenging work and rewarding. I did learn great things and work-wise - I enjoyed whatever I have done and probably even learned some stuff.

Worst management that I have ever worked with. They are smart people but completely lack empathy and respect for people. I had the most toxic manager that I ever worked with (his name is Gaurav Agarwal and currently he is AVP at Spinny - unfortunately such people do get promoted and that is a reality of this world) and his behaviour was encouraged by the overall team. Everyone had that typical ego and dilliwala NCR-ish brash culture that is super off-putting and very vomit inducing. They are solving a good problem and the founders are well connected to raise massive funding - so this could've been a great company but alas they're lost in their own delusions of grandeur....Read More

Initially when I joined Stanza living it was in good hands the management on the ground was good and supported us with everything for 2 years. Later on the company started to make changes because people started asking appraisals and promotions. At this point the management showed their true colour and left us hanging by just saying that we will get appraisal and promotion letter very soon, that soon was after 1 year. The most important part is even after u get the appraisal u don't get the money they pay u on EMI basis so that they can hold u for 1 more year or 6 months...Read More

Despite initially seeming like a good opportunity, the reality is far from it. Job security is non-existent here; employees are constantly worried about layoffs and sudden terminations without any warning or fair reasoning. The work environment is toxic, with upper management creating a culture of fear and stress. Constructive feedback is ignored, and employees feel undervalued and unsupported.
