My intention is to protect individuals from being entangled in potentially illegal and career-damaging activities. * MD's Promotion of Corruption: The MD explicitly urged employees to engage in corrupt activities to secure business growth. This included examples, e.g., "bribing officials," "falsifying documents," "engaging in fraudulent billing practices," or "offering kickbacks"]. * Pressure to Participate: Employees were pressured to participate in these corrupt activities, creating a hostile and unethical work environment. Refusal to comply was met with [Describe the consequences, e.g., "threats of termination," "demotion," or "ostracization"]. * Fraudulent Business Practices: The MD's focus on corruption extended to the company's overall business practices. However, this high salary proved to be a short-lived lure. * Short-Term Employment with Abrupt Termination: After only 1 to 2 months of employment, I was abruptly terminated without any valid reason or performance-related concerns. This pattern, from what I observed, is not unique to my case. * Career Disruption: This short, disruptive employment period has significantly damaged my career trajectory. My Recommendation: I strongly urge anyone considering a position at stanvac to avoid it at all costs. The MD's corrupt practices and the company's unethical culture pose significant risks to your career and personal integrity.
