My intention is to protect individuals from being entangled in potentially illegal and career-damaging activities. * MD's Promotion of Corruption: The MD explicitly urged employees to engage in corrupt activities to secure business growth. This included examples, e.g., "bribing officials," "falsifying documents," "engaging in fraudulent billing practices," or "offering kickbacks"]. * Pressure to Participate: Employees were pressured to participate in these corrupt activities, creating a hostile and unethical work environment. My Recommendation: I strongly urge anyone considering a position at stanvac to avoid it at all costs. The MD's corrupt practices and the company's unethical culture pose significant risks to your career and personal integrity.
