Likes

Helpful,non egoistic, knowledgeable teammates, less travel, best work life balance, the best company culture adhering to the core values. One of the best health insurance packages for self and family. Free tea, coffee, breadbutter, fruits., but no lunch provided( foodcourt available very near in the campus), yearly team outings, hackathon events.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Less employees, ( but growing), less internal technical and softskill trainings provided, no transportation.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
