The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.l love the fact that I am a part of a team that manufacturing reliable,high quality products and has aglobal base.Another Plus is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds,and We work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee rehire policy here.

Competition is decent,but growth is slow.sometimes work pressure is very high.sometimes I have to work 16 hours straight in a day.There is no permanent own roll job after training.only one year training period.

Good work and environment. Company management is transparent.There is no cateteria and gaming arcade for chilling.Company policies are good.

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?
