There is a hidden team culture that prevails into the employees specifically, who have served the company for more than 10 years, so no need of employee engagement, they engage themselves in an intrinsic way so well without a well established HR Department (Most of the things are handled by Admin and Finance). Lacks career growth, No grievance redressal policy, Trainings for staff and workers are minimal, Experienced people within organization do not want to train the newcomers as it compels them to change in certain manner with implementation of new idea. Top Management is highly unpredictable and therefore projects procrastinate based on priority of higher reporting authority likes and dislikes.There are chances of you and your skills being utilized in multiple way which is good if it sticks to your job role and a nightmare if your role is shifted. In fact the former one prevails you find these words chanted by insiders that are so often. Before joining this organization please check that interview panel gives you the exact path, roles and responsibilities that sticks to your qualification and your past experiences in other firms. There is nothing which you can like about it...

Dislikes

Their Top management every two year shuffle the manpower to restrict the ERE cost... It's a typical Sethia Company and they are not at all professional. It's hardcore fact, so my advice is to rather join other company which pay you little less but SRPL is not at all advisable.
