Slavery culture. 3 month salary you need to pay while leaving the company. They will not give you back your all original certificate until you pay the full money. No respect at all. The monthly salary will not given on time. Some times you need to beg for monthly salary.

If any leave for republic day, independence day, Pongal, diwali - they compensate with working Sunday's 5. Some Sundays are working days for their own reasons. Very good Company. Good place to start my career as a beginner. They count only our skills not the qualification. I travelled almost 12-15 states. Met many doctors and attended many live surgeries. In three years I learnt a lot. Company provides Mediclaim and ESI for all my family members. If our attitude is good then the company cares a lot.

Dislikes

During covid 19 lockdown I was held up in the hospital and I stayed in the hospital room itself for 3 weeks. Company arranged all my needs through hospital management and took the effort in bringing me back to my native.
