Honestly, there was only one thing that I liked. It was the message of salary credited.

Dislikes

Almost everything is negative here. I would never suggest a person with potential to work here. A few following points can be taken note of: 1. They put an employee as PRT and ask them to work as TGT. 2. Any class can be given to teach regardless of your contract or teaching subject. 3. They can terminate your contract if you'll use your ideas or speak up for the right thing. 4. No professional training is provided. 5. No appraisals are given. 6. If you are a Mathematics teacher, you can be asked to teach Social studies or GK or any other subject. 7. You are not supposed to question anything. 8. Even if you've worked as TGT or PGT, you'll get an experience letter of PRT only as your contract was for PRT. 9. They'll not give you an experience letter unless you go after them. You have to request them many times. 10. Highly unprofessional language will be written on the experience letter as the head of institution doesn't know anything about various teaching grades. 11. The head of institution like Principal or vice Principal are not qualified to be a teacher as it is an institution run by family. They haven't done B.Ed. 12. You won't achieve your professional growth goals. 13. They don't give leaves at all even if your entitled to according to the contract. They'll deduct salary if you take any. 14. A lot of struggle with your own moral values. If you can work as a slave and you can obey to your boss then go for this job. You'll be working at same position for years.
