Good worked with the kids. Parents were very supportive and comprehensive.

Dislikes

Lots of politics and management never heed towards the issues. Salary is very much low as compare to the work load. Community partiality is being run inside. No prior notice before terminating the teachers. Lots of gossips done among the teachers. No attention towards the students progress.

Work Details

It was quite difficult in the beginning as I was trained for primary and taught to the nursery kids initially. I learnt many things on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and helped me getting polish my skills.

It is good to work in this organization just for the sake of timings because the shift timings are 7.30 to 1.30 for secondary teachers and aftrnoon shift for primary teachers

Dislikes

school gives u no job security, less pay scale, no work culture, rules keep on changing every now and then which are decided by management on their own, total missmanagement

Work Details

I was appointed as a computer science teacher but was alloted with what not responsibilities like teaching dance, conducting extra activities, tour incharge, choreographer, photographer, data entry operator andmuch more which was putting total work load.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
