The Director Mrs. Radha Kumar is a good disciplinrian. She is an industrious lady. But the working condition is ever Detoriating. Though earlier I was proud to be a part of the institution but gradually I felt that I was absolutely wrong. Though I gave them prior resignation letter a month before I was to leave the job, but they didn't clear my salary dues. They don't have any employee hiring or firing policy....Read More

Some of the incharges who are not qualified enough to hold the post and guide the teachers are given preferences just because of flattery of the seniors.

Work Details

It is too hectic. Teachers are pressurized over there to do work that are meant to be done by office clerkial staffs. Biased distribution of work.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
